Riverdance
Riverdance shot to fame at the Eurovision Song Contest, literally for fifteen minutes. Michael Flatley and Jean Butler lead a breath-taking performance which left you on the edge of your seat. Michael Flatley left and finally made his dream come true(to make, star and produce his own show), while Colin Dunne took over and revamped the lead role with Jean Butler. In Germany 1999, Riverdance sold it's one millionth ticket. With three dance troupes travelling and performing around the world, Riverdance has no vacations.
Lord of the Dance
After leaving Riverdance, Michael finally made his dream came true. After a couple of long, hard years of planning, auditioning, designing, producing and deciding Lord of the Dance was created. But that was not enough for Michael, he expanded his horizons and took everyone a step further to produce 'Feet of Flames'. In July '98 Hyde Park, London was sold out and was ready and awaiting Michael's next show stunner.
